Is it any way different from installing 32-bit version? Try installing flashplayer-mozilla from synaptic after enabling multiverse repository. AFAIU, 32bit softwares too run on 64bit systems. BTW, regarding the second, install gstreamer-plugins (meta-package) and run gst-register-0.8 then. You may try installing w32codecs file and make a symbolic link for /usr/lib/win32 with ~/.gnome2/totem-addons folder.
Hope this helps.

1. Mozilla Firefox: You can't, with Mozilla Firefox (64 bits) you can't have plugins in 32bits (like flash) and no 64bits versión available. One solution is install the 32bits Firefox from mozilla.org, but in my system it doesn't work.

1. You can't install macromedia's flash, but you can install the free software GPLFlash (packages libflash0-mozplugin in universe).

2. Maybe this works with gstreamer0.8-swfdec in universe.
