i can not confirm the request of the cds

i can not confirmm the shiped cd requesting
i choised the cds successffly but i couldn't confirm the request on the site
what can i do to congirm it
what should i press at the sit
plz tell my the way step by step

There should be a button at the bottom that says Request Cd's after where you enter all of your information.

If they were approved it will show up under shipped/cancelled requests, what does it say their?

there is some cds i asked before but i canceled it
then i asked another cds
he just tell me about the cds which i canceled

that is what appear

Give it a few days and then it should show whether or not they approved your request or not.
