Ubuntu support for people with hearing impaired

We are NGO, from Serbia. Our goals are helping people with special needs, and people with hearing impairs.

We try to help this people normaly live and work in our society.

We organise free of charche computer lessons that lasts 3 monhts.

It is basic computer learning for them.

Now we would like to offer them Ubuntu system and basic tutorials.

We would like sponsorship from ubuntu comunity.

For example free shipmant of ubuntu Cd's.

i dont know the answer but i found a article here .please go through it,
any how i cannot read the website text..its not in english...
