El sonido de los altavoces deja de funcionar cuando conecto los auriculares

ya lo solucione por suerte, al parecer en primer lugar segun cuenta mi amigo
q es el q sabe me instalo un ubuntu q tiene fallas, asiq qedaria
reinstalarlo. Igual soy medio queso con ubuntu,
