Accidentally removed the main panel that consists of notification area, time and date, Applications, shutdown etc..

Hi I Accidentally removed the main panel that consists of notification area, time and date, Applications, shutdown etc.. How to get it back? I added a new panel. But couldn't add shutdown, messaging, time and date applets to it. Please help.

What do you mean by "couldn't add", exaclty... did you right-click the panel, and then pick "add to panel"? Shutdown and Clock (time and date) are there.
