What program can someone easily create web pages that look professional but does not require HTML knowledge?

Programs that would really help me would be ones like iWeb. So far, everything is requiring HTML code knowledge. I am wanting the final site to look like www.matthewcom.info or www.matthewcom.info/test
I would also like the program be able to let me whip up pages in a matter of minutes.

KompoZer's description in the Ubuntu Software Centre claims that it's "designed to be extremely easy to use, making it ideal for non-technical computer users who want to create an attractive, professional-looking web site without needing to know HTML or web coding." Give that a try.

I think I already tried that but I am downloading it right now.... I will give you credit for the answer if it solves the problem. For now, still open to any more answers.

Not quite sure how to use KompoZer and I would like some help/tips on using it for the first time. I would appreciate any other suggestions too.

There's a tutorial (and more besides) in the Help section (Help > Help Contents --> New to KompoZer?) that will explain how to get started with it far better than I ever could.
(I've never really used programs like this. They're alright for starting out, but if you're serious about creating web pages, learning HTML and CSS—at the very least—is essential.)
