Wireless cards not working

Tried 2 wireless cards (internal mini-pci) with my Toshiba Tecra S1 laptop, neither works.
Both are Intel chipset, one is 2200BG, other is 2915ABG.
ipw2200 can see the cards but no data is available.
Does 7.04 support these cards or do I need a separate driver?
