Download Flashplayer 9 or 10?

Is flashplugin-nonfree different from Flash player 9? Do I download Flashplayer 9 or 10? Where do I get flashplugin-nonfree?

I have Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy

type in terminal
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
type pw when prompted it will install the latest version.
