converting from opg to mpg

I have a screen capture as an opg.out file. How do I convert it to mpg so that I can share it on Facebook?

David,

here is a place for you to search for the program:

Start Synaptic_Package_Manager:
<Applications>,... <System>,... <Synaptic_Pckg_Mngr>

Be sure your internet connection is open at this time;
first refresh the program-descriptions by giving <Ctrl-R>, or just click on the <Reload>-button

Now click on the <Search>-button, and enter the words you want to look for, in your case i suggest

   ogp to mpeg

After a while in the left pane appears a result-list;
click on it, and in the right pane you can scroll through programs and their description.

Now try to find the program most suited for your needs.
