new ubuntu derivative - ubuntu media center

i just want to report that i found this new ubuntu derivative last week. it is called ubuntu multimedia center

i am not so sure if this is considered a separate/new distribution. i just want to contribute back to ubuntu for giving such a fine ms windows replacement for me. thanks.
