How to get my app into Ubuntu Tweak?

Hey, I can I get my app/ppa into the Ubuntu Tweak app center/source center.I have a couple of small but usefull app in my ppa and I'm constantly working and improving one. I've already added the app to the Ubuntu Tweak website. What is the process of getting IN?
