I don't see test results for 20.04.1 here:

Is it still required to do manual tests?

An exception is applied for the first point release of each LTS, i.e. the language packs for all languages were updated for 20.04.1 without manual tests.

As far as I know manual tests will be needed for the remaining point releases of 20.04. There are ideas about skipping the manual tests and replace it with some kind of automated ditto, but I'm not aware of any progress.
