Ubuntu Translations

wrong translation

Hello,

i work with Kubuntu 15.10 Plasma 5.4.2. I have noticed that the translation into German isnt so good. Im a German user. My Englisch isnt so good :-). Where can i help the translation into German? In Annex is a example. If I install software, i musst enter my passwort. And then there is standing:
- Remove or install software.
but in German, it must standing
- Installieren oder Entfernen von Software.

KDE is not translated at Launchpad. Please see http://l10n.kde.org/ for instructions on how to contribute =)
