Translation Team for Montenegrin language (Montenegro EU)

   I would like to create translation team for montenegrin language since there is no translation team appointed to my language. I'm student at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica, Montenegro and with my friend I'm ready to start translating.
What is the next step in creating Montenegrin Translation Team?
