Is the project still active?

This afternoon I noticed that the domain ubuntutours.org is down. That really is a pity in my opinion, as this is a very important project for Ubuntu. Is the project still active or not? If yes, I may be willing to contribute.

There is a lot of work going on rewriting the tour backend in the new-lang-system branch.
