scopes

Hi, I have a problem with the Scope " Today."
The scope includes almost exclusively local data ( in your phone ) but if there is no connection or wi - fi , the scope is not updated and remains a blank page .
It seems to me a failure because even if the phone does not load external data , the phone must load at least the internal data
