Do you have a link to the source/.config for the provided kernel? I've looked all over the net and found only guides which assume you're already running Ubuntu, for that only for standard Ubuntu not UMR - I need to modify the boot image to include an option (EFI Framebuffer) so I can actually see what I'm booting from..

i do not even know which .config file are you talking about, ubuntu mini remix has the main ubuntu kernel, it is NOT recompiled so you do not need any .config file!
