Localized screenshots for Spanish manual

I would like to know how to get the localized screenshots to be used in the Spanish translation. I already saw lot of references to Quickshot but, if I'm not wrong, it's useless for precise as it haven't been updated since 10.04 or so.

Is there any specialized team to take the screenshots? If so, do they take care of all the languages or there is a team for each language?

If there is no such a team, where can I find up to date instructions to capture the screenshots?

You are right, we don't use Quickshot for localized screenshots.

Each translation team will have to capture the screenshots for their translated edition.
I think that 1-3 people should be in charged of capturing screenshots, you can call them screenshot editors.

I see that you are insterested so you can either do all the job on your own or find 1-2 other people interested in the task to work with you.

Not sure how made it, but the 12.04 version is fully translated to spanish, including the screenshots

Javier, I captured the screenshots manually and worked in the translation. My question was because as the current available documentation refers to Quickshot as the way to do it, which is clearly obsolete and messed me. John's reply helped me but I forgot to mark the problem as solved, which I'm doing now.
