Can Ubuntu font be embedded in an iOS app?

Hi,

As said in summary: can Ubuntu font be embedded in an iOS app for free of charge? I'm pondering if the font could be used as a main font for navigation items. Looking forward to hear your answer, thanks!

Yes Jarno, you are welcome and encouraged to use/embedded the Ubuntu Font Family in your application. It is presently distributed under the Ubuntu Font Licence, so please include a link to:

  http://font.ubuntu.com/ufl

somewhere in the "legal"/"about"/"credit" information. Happy embedding!
