Feedback on the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen2 (202104-28912)

This PC has severe issues with the Ethernet driver and Wifi is not detected at all.
Moreover, it cannot power off the Laptop properly - it will sometimes start the CPU fan after shutdown and will need a hard reset to be able to respond. Only way to power off properly is to reboot to boot menu and hold down the power button.
This is confirmed with 20.04.3
