Feedback on the Dell Latitude 3400

My laptop is Dell Latitude 3400 and the guide says it has a fingerprint option. I couldn't find it in my settings?
I'm using Ubuntu as a default OS? I need your help in helping me get the fingerprint option enabled.

Dell Latitude 3400 is not certified with fingerprint reader support.
