I'd filtered to only the pre-installed options but Lenovo don't seemt o offer any pre installed Ubuntu options

To clarify - the filler suggests Lenovo offer machines with Ubuntu pre-installed - but those linked do not offer a pre-installed option (in fact there are none) so it looks like that filter needs fixing
