Blank screen after successful install Ubuntu Sever 64bit on Lenovo ThinkStation P310

I installed Ubuntu Sever 14.04 on Thinkstation P310 successfully. But P310 booted then directly into blank screen. I can only see one cursor on the top left of the screen blinking. The grafic card in P310 is niVIDIA GM107GL[Quadro K620]. I googled a lot, it seems to be some issues related to the grafic card. but I don't know how to workaround it.

would you please give me some suggestions? Thanks
