Feedback on the HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9

I just purchased a HP Proliant ML350 Gen9 server.i would like to installing Ubuntu Server 14.0.4.the server has 4 disk each one 600GB i would like to create spare disk that help me if one disk faild the hot spare disk takeover without downtime.as windows it was very esay task .just you configure in HP ACU tools.

Kindly advice me how to do that ?
