Feedback on the Dell Vostro 3650 , I am not able to install Ubuntu

Hello,

I am having a new desktop Dell Vostro 3650 (6th generation processor)with 8 Gb RAM and 1 TB Hard Disk , I am not able to install Ubuntu , which version of Ubuntu will support ?

and please help us .

Hi!

the version certified by Canonical is using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS pre-installed by Dell.

Did your computer come pre-installed with Ubuntu? Please check the following FAQ for more information (you may need to contact Dell):
FAQ #1523: “Where can I find a Pre-install/Manufacturer image”.
