Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 5558 - Tulip BDW 15

Hi there - I got into trouble with my brand new laptop on Ubuntu 14.04.

I tried to update it and it seemed to freeze. So I restarted it with the power button.
Now it does1nt start up.
Only a DOS kind of command line gets in.

Can I get somehow a frest image that I can burn on DVD?

Please have a look at our FAQ regarding the pre-installed Ubuntu images; you might want to contact Dell in order to get an image. For your reference, Dell also provides some information regarding recovery and backups: http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN265982/EN
