How to Upload Drupal Themes

How can I use FileZilla to upload Drupal Themes and files? I already have to right connection, but I cant find the right folder to upload the files to!

Themes that are available to all sites are located here: (note: replace the X with 5 or 6)
/etc/drupalX/sites/all/themes/

You can then see and enable the new theme in the Drupal administration interface.
