Feature request: checkbox for lists (e.g. grocery shopping)
Now that thanks to the fantastic work from NoahY we have edit/sync support, I'd like to suggest the "other feature" that would make Tomboy extremely useful.
It would be great to have a new bullet type that is a checkbox. Ideally, when active, it would scratch off the text in the bullet. This would be ideal for for example grocery shopping: you create the list in your computer and then have it ready on your cell when you go shopping and you can scratch off items as you pick them up. It would be a great use case for Tomdroid and it should not be too hard to implement. A quick way would be to have a mode in Tomdroid that converts any bullet list in this kind of list, so that items can be scratched off when touched (without having to go into full edit mode). This way the note format does not have to be modified/extended, which would require some coordination with the Tomboy guys.
Thoughts?
Thanks for the great work!
