how to download & install?

From what I see in the screenshots I like very much the app!!
I am not an experienced linux user (I use ubuntu 15.04)
But on the Tomato launchpad page I couldn't find any download link.
Is this app available to download and install??

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install tomato
