Why this program locks my user session close and restart again

Its impossible enter on the sustem the program blocks the user a red lock in the notifications are please tell me to solve the problem thanks

This program is intended to lock user out in case there are limits set. It's not a side effect, it's the main purpose... :)

Are you using timekpr-next or timekpr? Because I see that You created similar question in timekpr-next.
Please be aware, that this application will not be updated and if You are using this one, it's better to uninstall.
