I would like to know if there is a way to use a custom password for editing the limits and so. Thanks

If by "custom password" you mean set specific password for editing just the limits, it is not possible to set it.

Only root user or user with sudo privileges can edit the limits. Alternatively, you can add any user to group "timekpr" and that user will be able to edit limits without any password at all.
