Why this program locks my user session close and restart again

I use this program in a netbook of my brother all be good yesterday but now my brother enter your password user session and the program in 5 seconds close the session again and its impossible use it

What happen its necessary install the distro again or tell me the solution

It all depends on how the configuration is set up.

If You enabled too little time / time is already spent for the day or week or month, of course timekpr will not allow to use the computer.
The same applies to access for hours, if user tries to use computer outside of allowed hours, timekpr will not allow it.

Since there is no information on what are the limits, I can not really help.
Please provide more information or check the limits by yourself using admin / other user.
