Apply current path to the newly creating frame

I suggest to copy current path to the newly creating frames. The reason is:
1) Now new frames open at $HOME, but we can easily rich it just by typing cd<Enter>.
2) Current path is needed in many cases.

I forgot. It would be wonderful, if the new frame will inherit ssh sessions.

This was reported as a bug already and has been fixed in our development tree, so it will be in the next release.
As for inheriting ssh sessions, I'm not sure about that, it would be tricky to configure I suspect, but feel free to file a wishlist bug asking for it so we can discuss it :)
