Update PPA for 0.98

The latest release, 0.98, has not been pushed to the stable PPA. I would be greatful if you please update the PPA repo.

Thank you for this great terimnal! I spend more time with it than I do with all my loved ones combined. =)

Bryce, has been a bit busy with other things, and he's the packaging and releases expert. We were in touch today, and he has said that he will pick this up. Alternatively you can pick set up the nightlies. I have a self imposed rule that significant things are done in a branch, and I do my best not to break things in the trunk (on which nightlies are based). You may find issues that impact you are fixed in the nightlies and available before you see them some time before you will see them in the PPA's. You can even activate the nightly, check it works for you, then disable it again.

The old packaging didn't quite work, so I needed to bring it up to date with ubuntu's packaging.
Anyway, I've uploaded 0.98 to the PPA.
