How can I make an effort report of all tasks?
Can I export to a spreadsheet?

An effort report:
1. Select one effort record in the effort viewer to make the effort viewer active (Task Coach exports the active viewer).
2. Select File->Export->Export as HTML to export all effort records to HTML.
3. Open the HTML file in your browser.

Export to a spreadsheet:
1. Select one effort record in the effort viewer to make the effort viewer active.
2. Select File->Export->Export as CSV to export all effort records.
3. Import the .csv file in a spreadsheet program.

Just to clarify, as I was initially confused:
To create/show an 'effort viewer' you may need use the menu:
   View -> New Viewer -> Effort
