How does the desktop sync with the IPod touch application?

I didn't see a Q&A/FAQ for how the desktop syncs with the Ipod application. Is the information available on the site somewhere?

There is a section dedicated to this in the help included with the desktop application. It's not complete yet; basically you have to

1) Enable iPhone/iPod sync in the "Features" tab of the preferences
2) If you run Windows, install Bonjour for Windows; on Linux, make sure Avahi is running and the dnscompat package is installed; nothing to do on Mac OS X
3) Relaunch Task Coach, set a password in the new iPhone/iPod tab in the preferences
4) Click the Sync button on the iPod
