Tray icon and more

Does not work in Ubuntu Mate, no tray icon.

It would be nice if it worked as says the old ( and free ) Focus booster

it has an icon that changes color as time goes by , will green / yellow / orange / red when time is running out this very interesting the aplication : http://download.cnet.com/Focus-Booster/3000-2350_4- 10971798.html
(the application is make in adobe air)
