You mean the button is not enabled?
This happen maybe because the Live name or the working directory is wrong. But possible the currently loaded kernel is incompatible and the unionfs-fuse package is not installed. The Live systems are depends on the aufs, overlayfs or unionfs kernel modul. The fuse (userspace) is a very slow solution, but works too. Please use a compatible Linux kernel (so the default Ubuntu/Debian kernel).

Thanks!
After installed the "unionfs" and "aufs" packages the button "live
system create" is enabled. I have now the Live file (8,7 GiB), but now
the button "convert to iso" is not enabled.
Can you help me, please?

4GB is the size limit, so if you want to create a .iso file, you need to reduce your image size. Or use a pendrive or memory card with Systemback internal USB and memory card writer.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask ilbluc for more information if necessary.
