The NTFS filesystem is not compatible with Linux permissions. But storage directory path can be changed. So you have to use a separate partition.

First of all I want to thank you for the only backup application I use and I understand that and I do have a path to my Windows partition.
~/media/windows/Users/D/Desktop/System-Back, but there is no way that I can see to save backup there.

You have done an excellent job on the app, but it would be nice to have a couple of more options. Like with my situation and, or saving to a DVD, usb stick, or emailing.
Thank you again.

Your "windows" directory presumably contain a non-Linux filesystem. This is not compatible with Linux permissions, but it would be really necessary.
If You need DVD backup, write Live system image (.iso). USB stick with Linux filesystem can be used for storage directory. Or use FAT32 with created Live system.

I know that on the file systems. Windows being NTFS and Linux being FAT32. When I copy any file to my win partition ~/dir it's preceded with a ".". When I boot Mint and go to the dir on my win partition, it does not show the preceding ".", but if you say I can save it to a DVD, or stick, I guess that answers the question. I'll save it that way. The only reason I needed to save the backup to my win partition is if the Linux side went down to where I could reinstall Mint, get your app and bring my Linux system back up. No biggie and thanks again for your work.
