How to create a bootable System for CD or Penndrive

systemback is great but tutorial is missing

1.) I createsd a file "systemback_live_xx.xx.xxDate.sblive" with Systemback in ubuntu 12.04.02-system over button "live system create" . Please discribe in details how I can create now a UbuntuliveCD(Iso) ore a Ubuntu LivePenndrive.(USB-Bootable System) over this generated live-file systemback_live_xx.xx.xxDate.sblive?

2.) How I can create a system Copy?. Is it possible to copy the system from the mounted system-Disk to an other disk on the fly. What i have to select, what I have to do in details in Systemback by using "System copy"?

1.) You can prepare .iso if you convert the .sblive file. So select a created Live and click "Convert to ISO" button.
Or/and select a created Live and a write target device (pendrive), and click "Write to USB" button.

2.) Yeah, the currently running system can be copied to specified partition(s). It requires a root partition in "/" mount point. So select a not mounted partition, select mount point "/" and filesystem, and click "<-" button to change partition settings. If necessary, change the settings of the other partitions. If everything is configured, then click the "Next" button.
