Pangolin Keyboard Not Responsive

I've been having problems with my Pangolin keyboard since I received it. The issues started with the spacebar: clicking on the right side of the spacebar does not trigger a space. Since then, the keyboard in general is less responsive, forcing me to press harder and harder on the keyboard to get it to respond to a keypress.

Is this something system76 can fix? I've reported this issue over email to support, but my last submission (Nov 9) got no response.
