Error "FATAL: Failed to fsync file! file: 0 errno = 22 ()" while running Sysbench test with 4500 IOPS and 2 threads.
The test case is like this:
1) Using sysbench to test the disk throughput.
2) Using write back and disk cache with raid 5.
3) disks : Intel S3610 X 6

Read/Write ratio for combined random IO test: 1.50
Periodic FSYNC enabled, calling fsync() each 100 requests.
Calling fsync() at the end of test, Enabled.
Using synchronous I/O mode

As you saw, the IO is getting choked @ 4500 IOPS in a long run test. I am also not able to run this test with 2 threads.
