No files ever displayed
Of late Synapse (verison 0.2.2.1 on Ubuntu 10.10) does not show files that have been logged via Zeitgeist. It shows my applications just fine, but if I search for a previously opened/edited file of any sort, I must use the locate function. Even then, if I then switch to another categorty (e.g. from "All" to "Images") I must then do the search again. If I open the file via Synapse, edit it, etc., then the next time I open Synapse I need to use locate again. The files all do appear in the Activity Journal. Finally, not sure if this matters, no thumbnails are ever displayed for any images or movies.
I did uninstall and reinstall Synapse and all the Zeitgeist packages - which actually made everything work as it should, but only once - the second time I called up Synapse, it was broken again.
Not sure if this is an issue with Synapse, Zeitgeist, or something I messed up. No clue!
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
