need help

I want to ask some one in your experties who can help me understand how can I get this on my website. I will need some knowledgable person to install it for me. Why it is free what does it mean? I need to know how much it will cost to install it on a new domain and what kind of hosting company I will need to get? I want to know seriously and if somebody can help me out in this whole project I will really appreciate it.
will I be able to remove copyright from it let me know I am really serious but need help understanding

I don't know about this project, but as you got no answers so far, I'll try to answer:
* It's free because who wrote generously decided to make it free.
* You can read the license here: http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/agpl-3.0.html
* It looks like it requires a host where you can run PHP. Those are pretty cheap these days.
* If you've never installed something like this before, you'll probably need somebody to help you, yes.
