Today it can not login

I am using subdownloader for 2-3 months registered it nicely but always logged on as annonumous, Today It can't login just reporting a LOGIN ERROR try again. Please help

Also some more info
am using windows version and my internet connection works. I turned off the firewall but still no luck

I understood now that the anonumous logon does not work, Where will I find my credentials to connect ? All I got from paying is a full name and a key

We can't get your credentials to connect, if you remember your login, you can recover your password from opensubtitles.org website, else, register a new account and save it in your Documents.
