Is the new position of the moon being recorded?

As of Sept 17, 2018, the moon seems more south than usual! Stellarium being updated as it progresses? please let me know et al.

Not Cornell but Youtube. This is not the same.

Nothing has changed. Whoever talks here has no idea what he's talking about. Zero. Nothing.
