object centering in oculars

When I change oculars or telescope, a centered object does'nt stay centered and often disappears out of the field. Brandnew Win 10 64bit machine, new install. I never had this on my previous machine (also Win10 64bit)

It was bug in version 0.16.1, fixed in version 0.17.0
