Was advised to download V13.1.0 but cant find link

After the comet downloading problem I was advised to download V13.1.0 but can't find a link, the one marked 13.1 only seems to go to 13.0.8
Can find an openSusi one which has a operating system selector to click but nothing happens.

V0.13.1 is not yet available. There are Windows builds tagged 0.13.0.80/81/82 available for testing, those have the new functionality included. For openSuSE (if you mean that), you can download sources and build yourself.
