Stellarium screen is distorted.

Stellarium screen is distorted. When you start the Stellarium, line begins in or irregularly, flash occurs.
It is LIFEBOOK WA2 / M computers to Fujitsu. OS is Windows8.1. The display resolution is 1920X1080.
Or there is no resolution or what?

Please try version 0.13. And read the FAQ on common problems with V0.13 if you still have problems.
