Update killed it

Asked by Brian Brooman

I purchased Stellerium for my phone (Galaxy S3) three weeks ago and it was working fine but after the last update it no longer works, so I uninstalled it with the hope that a fresh install would make it ok, do I have to pay again as it seems a fault with the app?

Hello Brian,

Sorry I did a mistake in the last update, I just issued a new version with a bug fix.

If you don't want to wait, just clear the app data and it should work fine.

Regards,

The problem is that I recompiled the application with Qt 5.2.1, and it caused a problem when updating for the previous version. Just clearing the data of the app should be enough to fix the problem. I also made a new update that fix that. It should be available in a few hours on google play.

Hi,
Thanks for letting me know, great app, will it be necessary to purchase it again or will it show that has already been paid for?
Thanks

Brian: this seems more like a google play error. Try again later and see if that works better.
